The Parkwood Mens Health Project began in 2013 to support men living in the Parkwood area of Maidstone in Kent.
The group offers peer support around issues such as anger management, keeping healthy,stress, long term unemployment.
The Parkwood Mens Health project meet every Wednesday at the
Fusion Cafe in Parkwood Parade Parkwood Maidstone.
All men are welcome and its free.
The group also are developing a range of activities such as creating an allotment,making a film about their experiences,photography,healthy walks and social nights.
We are also sign post men to specialist support services where a need is identified such as counselling.
